Where It Started
Tamika Scott is a dedicated and results-driven REALTOR® serving the Greater Houston area and surrounding communities. With nearly six years of experience in real estate, she is passionate about helping individuals and families turn their dreams of homeownership into reality.
Before transitioning into real estate, Tamika built a strong foundation in the medical field, where she developed a deep commitment to care, attention to detail, and client advocacy. After reaching the ceiling in her previous career, she made the bold decision to pursue her true passion — real estate — and has never looked back.
Today, Tamika offers more than buyer representation. She's a credit and readiness coach, a patient educator, and the agent who picks up the phone when you're not sure if you're even a "real" client yet. (You are.)

After years in the medical field, Tamika hit the ceiling in her previous career and made the bold decision to pursue her true passion. She earned her Texas real estate license and joined Keller Williams Realty Southwest — bringing the same care, attention to detail, and client advocacy from healthcare into real estate.
2020–2022
Finding the Niche
Working through one of the most unusual markets in history, Tamika discovered her true calling: helping renters and first-time buyers who felt shut out of the market find their way in. Many didn't need a new agent — they needed a plan.

Tamika formalized her credit and homebuyer readiness coaching process, offering clients who aren't quite there yet a clear, actionable roadmap to get qualified — not just a referral to a lender and a handshake.
